We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for our Conneaut, Ohio Plant.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Define production process parameters to ensure products meet customer specifications.
Implement production processes with continuous improvement.
Create documentation for production support and data collection.
Create and update process Control Plans and FMEA.
Develop training programs and materials for production Team Leaders, Technicians, and Operators.
Coordinate safety efforts with Safety Administrator.
Select vendors for equipment and production materials.
Develop and issue criteria to vendors for items supplied.
Determine stock items and quantities for equipment spare parts and production materials.
Define Preventative maintenance items and schedules for equipment.
Initiate work orders for equipment problems.
Responsible for environmental, health, and safety issues in manufacturing area, in conjunction with EHS Manager.
Establish safety rules and guidelines in conjunction with EHS Manager.
Participate in the planning of personnel safety and protection activities consistent with OSHA/IOSHA and all regulatory agency standards and guidelines and ensure all reporting associates are trained and comply.
Keep abreast of materials related to TAT through trade publications, papers, seminars, and classes.
Initiates and maintains open items tracking system for new products.
Attends all tooling tryouts at the tooling vendors.
Coordinates all tooling tryouts at the manufacturing facility.
Participates in obtaining PSW approvals on new products.
Coordinates Job #1 launches on new products.
Establish area goals to support production and strategic initiatives.
Develop, document, and provide for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, production, and quality.
Supports TS16949 and ISO14001 initiatives.
Develop or revise standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements:
A Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a closely related discipline.
Must have a minimum of five years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably automotive).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
